Amazon has started using AI robots to pull and ship orders. The technology is called Finds and it has been involved in the pulling and packing of orders since April 2018. It is reported that Amazon has already increased the number of Finds robots from 200-300 to 20,000. Why is Amazon using AI Robots? Is robotics a good thing for society?
